Solomon names institutional SOLO holders and outlines its onchain distribution framework

Solomon, a platform focused on managing economic relationships around onchain assets, said Colosseum, Theia, DBA and Anagram have backed the project by holding SOLO. According to the company, those firms became holders at different stages of Solomon’s development. Some joined its public sale, while others acquired SOLO through market purchases or over-the-counter transactions, and several later increased their positions. Solomon said its model is built around public ownership, with institutional backers and individual holders using the same ownership and governance token and sharing an interest in the project’s long-term development. The company also described the operational problem it is trying to address as more financial assets move onchain: businesses need systems to manage revenue, incentives and obligations, including eligibility checks, payment calculations and policies that apply across products, customers and jurisdictions. Solomon said issuers and applications can use its platform to configure yield, rewards, dividends and other distributions while retaining control over eligibility, approvals, allocations and commercial relationships. It added that USDv is an early implementation of that framework, allowing eligible holders to receive rewards without staking, wrapping or locking tokens. Solomon said its next step is to serve more issuers and enterprises and expand USDv usage across trading pairs, treasuries and applications.

Concrete launches foundation and CT governance token, with TGE details still to come

Onchain yield operating system Concrete said it has launched the Concrete Foundation as the governance and treasury entity meant to support the protocol’s long-term development, alongside a native governance and configuration token called CT. The token is issued by Concrete Network, Ltd., which is also seeking trading access. Concrete said eligible holders who lock or stake CT will be able to take part in protocol governance and use preset configuration functions under applicable rules. CT is a fixed-supply ERC-20 token on Ethereum with a total supply of 1 billion and no inflation mechanism. Holders who lock CT can vote on protocol parameters including strategy approvals, collateral classification, fee frameworks and treasury-related policies. Users who stake CT can adjust certain protocol-side fees tied to their own interaction with supported modules, subject to predefined technical parameters. The Concrete Foundation is structured as a Cayman Islands foundation company. It will coordinate protocol governance and hold and manage the CT treasury, which may be used for development and maintenance, security audits, ecosystem integrations and foundation administrative costs. Concrete also disclosed ecosystem figures including $1.2 billion in deposits, more than $23 billion in cumulative volume, over 54,000 depositors and more than 1.2 million connected and signature-verified wallets.
